What spaces are available to book?

Our main event space is our private upstairs mezzanine. This 1,000 sq ft room overlooks our dining room and biergarten and comfortably seats up to 60 people. Seating can be configured to meet your needs. There is a 75” flatscreen TV with cable box and HDMI inputs for slideshows, presentations etc. NOTE: there is no elevator in our building and the upstairs mezzanine is only accessible by stairs.

Depending on your requested event day and time, portions of our indoor dining room, covered patio, or outdoor biergarten may also be available to reserve. During our open hours, these areas are “semi-private” and may be adjacent to seating for other guests.

At this time, we are not taking reservations for the entire outdoor Biergarten (e.g. wedding receptions). We hope to re-evaluate this in the future.

What is the cost to reserve an event?

Our room rental fees range $50-$200 based on the duration, size, and location of your event. The room rental fee doubles as a deposit and is refundable within the terms of our cancellation policy. Food, beverage, and other rental costs vary by event and our team will work with you to finalize those details in advance. Depending on menu requirements, we may request additional deposits. A gratuity of 20% is automatically applied to your final food and beverage cost.

What menu options are available for my event?

Generally, groups up to 15 people can order a la cart from our full dining menu. For groups between 15-30, our Chef can work with you to choose a limited selection from our full menu that your guests can choose from. For groups 30 or more, we request you select options from our Events Menu. Our team is more than happy to work with you to adjust to dietary restrictions or other needs.

We feature a rotating selection of 14-20 of our craft beers, seltzers, and ciders. We also offer house red and white wines. We do not serve liquor, cocktails, etc. For most events, we can serve from our full tap list but for larger events we can also stock our portable bar with several kegs of your choice. Our alcohol-free options include limited Coca-cola products.

Can I bring my own food / alcohol / desserts?

Due to license restrictions, we do not allow outside alcohol of any kind. We also do not allow outside food with the following exception: you may bring a cake or similar baked goods that have been purchased from a licensed establishment. Homemade baked goods are not allowed.

What about decor, linen rentals, tables, flowers, etc?

Our event team can work with you to finalize these details. We partner with a local event rental company if you need something we don’t already have. We welcome you to bring your own decor so long as it does not damage our walls, flooring, etc.

What is your cancellation policy?

Room deposits are fully refundable up to seven days prior to your event. Cancellations inside of seven days are non-refundable. If Third Nature has coordinated any outside rentals (linens, tables, etc.) you will be subject to the cancellation policies of those partners.
